fadect.fun ("fadeCT", "we", "us") is operated by fadeCT. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The service
fadeCT publishes a free daily Crypto Twitter sentiment index for the market, BTC, ETH and SOL, a history chart and CSV export, daily leaderboards of public-call accuracy, and daily crypto news. There are no paid plans and no accounts. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Not advice
All content is general information for research and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice and not a trading signal. Read the Disclaimer. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
4. Leaderboards and public posts
Leaderboards are automated statistics about the accuracy of public, directional posts by public accounts, computed with the method shown on the site. They are not statements of fact about any person and not a judgment of people. If you believe an entry about your account is inaccurate, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.
5. Posting to X
"Post to X" buttons open X's own compose screen with suggested text. Nothing is posted unless you post it from your own account, and your use of X is governed by X's terms. You are responsible for what you post.
6. Email notifications
If you join the notify list, we will email you about extreme readings and fadeCT updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
- Don't attack, overload or probe the site or its API, bypass rate limits, or submit other people's email addresses.
- Don't use the site to harass anyone, including accounts that appear on a leaderboard.
- Don't present fadeCT data as your own or as investment advice.
8. Content and attribution
The fadeCT index values, charts, design and original text are © fadeCT. You may share screenshots, quote readings and use the CSV export for personal or editorial use with attribution to "fadeCT (fadect.fun)". News summaries link to their original sources, which remain the property of their publishers.
9. Third-party links
We link to X and to news publishers. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party sites.
10. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fadeCT and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the site.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date below will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
